MADE WITH LOVE

My work is not separate from my earlier life. Before stepping fully into ceremonial practice, I spent twenty-two years in investment banking. That world taught me structure, discernment, and how to hold complexity without losing clarity. It gave me resilience and a deep understanding of pressure, performance, and identity.

Alongside that path, I formally trained in cognitive hypnotherapy and coaching, and later in shamanic energy healing. These disciplines expanded my understanding of the subconscious, of patterning, and of the unseen dynamics that shape behaviour and belief.

What I offer now is not a rejection of those worlds, but an integration of them. Analytical precision sits alongside intuitive sensitivity. Practical grounding sits alongside symbolic depth. The tools I work with have emerged through my own lived processing, shaped by years of inquiry, healing, and embodied experience. I am blessed to to be supported in the technical and production elements of my ceremonial work by my beloved Ash, my husband and partner in this journey of life.
